Feigin v. Zinn, 789 P. 2d 478 (Colo. App. 1990) (successfully argued that the grant of immunity under the Colorado Securities Act is not self-executing once a witness asserts the privilege against self-incrimination.)

Feigin v. Colorado National Bank, 897 P. 2d 814 (Colo. 1995) (successfully argued the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure do not govern administrative investigative subpoenas issued by the Division; Bank was not entitled to reimbursement of costs incurred in complying with such a subpoena.)

Rosenthal v. Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., 908 P. 2d 1095 (Colo. 1995) (as amicus curiae, argued that reliance is not an element of an anti-fraud violation under the Act which must be pled or proven; Court so held).
